Rental history may be reviewed for timely payments, proper notice to vacate, noise or disturbance complaints, illegal activity, unpaid NSF checks, property damage, and whether the previous home was left clean and in good condition at move-out.
The credit builder program is an optional service that may help residents build credit by reporting eligible on-time rent payments to participating credit bureaus. For residents, this can be a helpful way to turn monthly rent payments into a potential credit-building opportunity. No, residents do not need to be present for a maintenance technician to complete a repair. When submitting your work order, you may provide permission to enter, which allows our maintenance team to access your apartment and complete the requested service while you are away.
If you are locked out of your apartment, please contact a locksmith (or reset your smart home app if applicable). We do not service lockouts after hours.
Yes, residents are welcome to decorate their apartment home. However, permanent changes or alterations may not be made without written approval from management. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from your security deposit at move-out.

No. If you transfer from one PEG apartment community to another, a new security deposit is required for the new apartment home. Transfers may also include applicable transfer fees, notice requirements, and approval conditions. No, we do not list a specific minimum credit score in the rental criteria. However, a credit report will be processed for each applicant. Based on the household’s overall risk score, the application may be approved, declined, or approved with conditions. If an applicant is declined or approved with conditions, the applicant will receive the required information for the consumer reporting agencies used in the screening process.

Corporations must have a senior officer sign the corporate lease and addenda, and the property may request documentation such as Articles of Incorporation to verify signing authority. Sole proprietors, LLCs, and LLPs may be required to take personal responsibility for the company when completing the corporate lease. Corporate reference verification typically takes 1 to 4 days, depending on how quickly references can be confirmed. A non-refundable application fee applies for corporate reference verification. All occupants age 18 or older must also complete the required application paperwork and screening process in accordance with applicable law. We love pets and welcome all cats and most dog breeds. All PEG Property Group communities abide by Breed Restrictions; The owner reserves the right to restrict breeds and types of animals. Currently restricted animals include all dogs that are full or partially: Akita, Argentinian Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pit Mix and Rottweiler. Others may be added.
Our onsite staff will not accept packages on behalf of residents; However, we are equipped with package lockers, and any oversized packages should be delivered directly to your door.

No. Subleasing your apartment is not allowed. However, you are allowed to add a roommate anytime during the lease terms. Added Roommates must be approved by Management and pass qualification criteria.
Our Lease Contract allows a lease to be terminated by giving a 60-Day Notice and paying an early termination fee which can be found in your lease agreement.
